Hardware & Software IT support
This option provides all the features of software support but with the addition of hardware replacements at cost price and loan equipment to be provided whilst your issue is being resolved to minimise downtime to your business. The package features:

• Remote technical assistance
• Quarterly server health checks
• Proactive Site visits, with inclusive labour costs, this provides constant consultancy and advice on IT solutions to enable your business to run smoother and more efficiently.
• Beyond economical repair, replacement at cost price
• Loan equipment provided.
Premium IT support
All of the features that are available in Hardware & Software support with the added benefit of beyond economic repairs replaced like for like, priority response and remote administration all included in the support package.

Retainer Contract (prepaid support)
This is a form of pay as you go prepaid support with a minimum spend of £1000 that entitles you to use our support at discounted standard rates using up your initial deposit much like a top-up mobile scheme. Key features are:
• Pre-paid support
• Discounted standard rates:
• Remote - £10 per 15 minutes
• On Site:
• £65 per hour
• £200 - half day
• £400 - day
• £1800 - week
• £750 - weekend day
